"I can’t recommend Jenny Monte’s and her team enough. Eva, was our agent helping us today. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our busy schedules to work with us virtually. We inquired about 2 new policies for our full coverage vehicles. To our surprise we saved $514 and added car rental service that prior with USSA we didn’t even have. We were with USSA for 15+ years. We are glad we looked around and found a bargain!! It’s never too late to shop for car insurance, I am glad we did!"

"I’ve called and emailed and no one cares enough to reach out to fix/update on giving me a refund after being overcharged. If you’re looking to get insurance with State Farm id advise that you at least go to another agent/office. They’ve showed nothing but unprofessionalism. No actually. You haven’t been in contact with me. My emails go unanswered and that’s the problem. I stand on what I said. Communication here is non existent. It’s not State Farm as a whole, but this specific location. Go elsewhere to anyone reading! It’s crazy that I got a faster response here after leaving a 1 star review than by calling or emailing. Says a lot doesn’t it? Instead of being so defensive, take accountability for your actions. Your response speaks for itself."
